1. Return and Refund Eligibility
Timeframe: We accept return requests within 180 days from the date of delivery.

Products that are defective or damaged due to manufacturing errors.
Products that are not as described (wrong size, style, or material).
Items received that do not match the original order.
Non-Eligible Products:
Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
Products missing original tags or packaging.
Minor issues that do not affect the product’s functionality or appearance.
2. Return and Refund Process
Step 1: Contact for Return Request
Send an email to support@shoetimezoe.com within 180 days of receiving your order. Please include:

Order number.
A detailed description of the issue.
Images (if applicable).
Your request: refund or exchange (if any).
Step 2: Confirmation and Return Instructions
We will respond within 2-3 business days to confirm eligibility and provide instructions for returning the item.
Step 3: Return Shipping
Once you receive the return instructions, ship the item back to our warehouse address and provide the tracking number.
Step 4: Refund or Exchange Processing
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your request within 2 business days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, including the original shipping fees.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Free Return Shipping: Shoetimezoe covers return shipping costs for defective items or items not matching the original order.
Customer-Paid Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for items that are not eligible for free return.
4. Order Cancellation
Cancellation Timeframe: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them.
Cancellation Method: Send an email requesting cancellation to support@shoetimezoe.com.
Cancellation Fee: After 24 hours, a 10% cancellation fee will apply to the total order value.
